Good Food for My Family

We went to the produce store yesterday. We are good for a week’s supply of fruits and vegetables. Caleb went to his friend’s house which was really far from home. We passed by some woods. We went to that place before but it was a night time. It was really nice to be able to go and see the place in the day time. The kids even went with us. I told my husband to pass by the schools so I can go check some short cut roads on my way home. The kids got confused where we were heading.

I’m glad the day is over. Today was a lazy day for me. I woke up late. I made fried rice for breakfast. I added lobster imitation (made from fish), snow peas, cocktail hot dog and spinach. I also added red pepper, onions and garlic. It came out good and the kids ate with good appetite. I watched television and slept some more. Then I boiled some asparagus with salt and butter. I sauteed some red pepper, onions, garlic, cherry tomatoes, shrimp and beef. It came out really good. I  sprinkled some pepper corns and a dash of salt. Then I mixed in the asparagus. It came out pretty good. We placed it on top of rice and dinner was great. I wish I took a picture of it. My husband thanked me for always making good food.;-) Then we went for a walk in the afternoon. The two kids went with us. It started to get cold but it’s really nice out there. When we came home I trimmed my husband and son’s hair. I hope my boys were happy and contented to what I did to their hair.
